Ingredients

  curry powder3 tbsp
 Boiling water1/2 pint
 Fish Stock cube1
 Garlic1 tsp, minced
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1/2 pint
 Onions1, diced
 Prawns190g
 Salmon Fillet4
 Spices & Herbs2 tsp

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Grill the salmon.

Soften onions in a pan, add prawns,garlic then curry powder.

Dissolve stock cubes in hot water, add to the pan and stir.

Add herbs and seasoning to your taste.

After 10min add fat free greak yogurt and stir well.

In the final 5min add the cooked salmon fillets, warm through and serve hot.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
