Ingredients

 Chicken breasts3
 Dijon mustard2-3 tbsp
 Oat bran1-2 Tbsp
 Sweetenerto taste
 Yogurt (fat free)1 cup, plain

Instructions

In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, and sweetener of choice.

Dip chicken breasts into sauce. You can marinate the chicken in the sauce or bake it right away.

Before baking cover the chicken with oat bran.

Place in baking pan, pour remaining sauce over chicken (optional) then cover with foil.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350F/180C
