Ingredients

 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1/3 cup
 Salt & Peppera pinch
 Skimmed milk3-1/2 cup
 Splenda3/4 cup
 Vanilla extract3/4 tsp

Instructions

Combine cocoa powder, splenda and a pinch of salt in a bowl and set aside.

In a small bowl boil 1/3 of a cup of water.

Combine the cocoa powder mixture with hot water in pan and bring to a gentle boil stirring frequently then reduce to low heat ( careful not to burn ).

Add the milk to the mixture and continue to stir on medium heat until mixture is hot.

Serve and ENJOY!!!!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
