Add plenty of freshly grated lemon zest and cinnamon to a bowl with the yoghurt.
Add stevia to taste - powdered or liquid is fine (I find the liquid easier to distribute evenly).
Stir til yoghurt is smooth and everything is combined. Taste and adjust amount of flavourings - I like all the flavours to be quite intense.
This is so delicious and much healthier than the store-bought low fat flavoured yoghurts with artificial sweeteners. It's 100% natural, and fresh.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
