Ingredients

 Cornstarch1tbsp
 Lemon juice1 tbsp
 Saffron1 sachet
 Salmon Fillet300g
 Smoked Salmon100g
 Vegetable stock1 litre

Instructions

Add a cup of vegetable stock to raw salmon fillet and boil for 10 minutes.

If the fish has skin, take it off and chop up the salmon.

Add back to the pot and add the rest of the stock and add the spices.

Bring to boil and keep that for a minute and then add corn starch.

Serve with smoked salmon cut into strips.
