Ingredients

 Eggs1
 Oat bran1 tbsp
 PepperDash
 SaltDash
 Skimmed milk3 tbsp

Instructions

Whisk the egg then add the milk, whisk again.

Stir in the pepper, salt & the oat bran.

Pour the mixture in a frying pan, cook it for a couple of minutes on each side, until brown.

Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
