Ingredients

 Egg whites1
 Low fat ricotta cheese2 Tbsp
 Oat bran2 Tbsp
 SweetenerTo taste (approx. 1 sachet)

Instructions

Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. (If you can't find low fat ricotta, use quark or tasteless cottage cheese).

Cook on medium heat of a non-stick fry pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

Serve with extra ricotta, some sweetner, a dash of lemon in attack and cruise. You can also serve with fruit from Consolidation onwards.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
