Ingredients

 Chicken liver5009
 Olive Oil1 tsp. (optional)
 Onions1, large
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Chop up the onion (you might want to use a smaller amount in Attack) into fine slices.

Cut the liver into smaller pieces (I like mine still quite chunky, but small enough to easily cook on all sides).

Heat-up the pan (medium heat) and use the optional oil if outside of Attack. Saute the onions.

Half way through add the liver and sprinkle in salt and pepper.

Let it cook for a few minutes and then flip the liver. Then let it cook to your preferred firmness. If you like it well done keep an eye on the onions.
