Chop up the rhubarb into bite size pieces, and place in a microwavable dish. Cover and stew for 2-4 minutes.
Once cooked, empty the rhubarb into a small bowl or tea cup.
Mix in the oat bran and sweetener, and microwave for a further 2 minutes.
