Ingredients

 Beef fillet300g
 Chives1 tbs chopped
 Egg yolks1
 Mustard (any kind)1 tbs
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)3 tbs
 Rosemary1 tbs dried and fined
 Salt & Pepperfor taste
 Thyme1 tbs fined

Instructions

Tie the beef fillet into a nice round shape. Season it with thyme, rosemary and salt.

Preheat oven to 200C.

Fry the fillet on a hot pan on all sides for 1 minute.

Put the fillet into oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Prepare mayo. Put mustard and egg yolk into mixing bowl, add salt and pepper, stirr it, then add yoghurt and stirr properly. Put the mayonnaise into cool place.

Take beef fillet out of the oven and cover it with folio for 5 minutes.

Cut 1cm pieces of meet and enjoy with Chive mayonnaise!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
