Ingredients

 Black pepperto taste
 dillto taste
 Eggs2
 Smoked Salmon150g
 Yogurt (fat free)3 - 4 table spoons

Instructions

Base line muffin tins with non stick paper. Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Line muffin tin with smoked salmon to create a case. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour into smoked salmon cases.

Cook for about 15 mins.

After attack phase you can add chopped water cress to mixture.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
