Ingredients

 Cornstarch2 table spoons
 Crab sticks12
 Eggs3
 Pepperto taste
 Saltto taste
 Sardines1 tin (without oil)
 Skimmed milk12.5 cl
 Skimmed milk powder2 table spoons
 Yeast1 packet

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Beat eggs, add yeast, milk with cornstarch diluted in it. Mash sardines and a few crab sticks, cut the rest into strips.

Season with salt and pepper and finish with the milk powder. Pour into a cake mold.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
