Ingredients

 Eggs3
 Skimmed milk powder160g
 Sparkling water100 ml

Instructions

Mix the eggs and add the powdered milk.

Keep mixing and add the water.

When the batter has the consistency of cream start cooking.

Pour on a hot pan (gas mark 7). Turn when the bottom is golden.

Serve hot or cold.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
