Prepare the jelly as per the instructions on the box.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour until semi-set.
Pour the semi set jelly into the blender along with the fat free sour cream and reduced fat milk.
Blend together for 2 minutes.
Pour into a wine glass or bowl and allow to set for approx 1 hour in the fridge.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
