Ingredients

 Baking powder1 teaspoon
 Eggs4
 Quark250g Tub
 Sweetener8 Tablespoons
 Vanilla extract1 teaspoon

Instructions

Mix egg whites until stiff

Mix egg yolks with sweetener, baking powder, 4 drops of vanilla essence and half a tub of quark
fold egg whites into yolk mixture

Put mixture onto greaseproof paper and bake for 10 mins at 200c

Remove from oven and cool.

Spread remaining quark onto the cake and then roll it up (like a swiss roll).

Can be eaten hot or cold.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
