Ingredients

 Cinnamonto taste
 Yogurt (fat free)1 cup

Instructions

Drain non fat/no sugar yoghurt in a coffee filter overnight.

Chill for at least two hours before serving.

Serve with a bit of cinnamon and once in Consolidation you can add fruit as well!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
