The short answer is no.

However there is a lean, low fat bacon you can sometimes get and that is allowed as it is under 5% fat. Unfortunately you might have problems finding it.

A possible solution is to substitute bacon with lean ham (again under 5% fat).

Lastly there is always turkey bacon, which meets the above conditions for lean bacon.
