Ingredients

 Egg whites3
 Gelatine1 tbsp, powdered
 Lemons1 1/2
 Liquid sweetener1 tbsp

Instructions

Put the gelatine in a large bowl and add 60 ml cold water. Leave to soak for 2 mins. Then add 230 ml boiling water and stir to dissolve.

Add the sweetener and the juice of 1 1/2 lemons and leave to cool in the fridge, uncovered. Stir every 15 mins or so until the mixture starts to thicken. This may take up to an hour.

Use an electric hand whisk to mix until frothy, then add the egg whites and whisk until stiff (this takes about 5 minutes). Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, then enjoy your fluffy Lemon Snow!
