Ingredients

 chili powderto taste
 Curry powderto taste
 Garlic clovesa few cloves
 Gingerto taste
 Onions1
 Pepperto taste
 Quorn plain mince500g pack
 Red Onions1

Instructions

This is SO easy, quick and tasty. You can choose one red, one brown or two of the same if you prefer.

Chop the onions as finely as you like... the larger the pieces, the more "rustic" the outcome.

Take a large NON STICK frying pan or wok and put a tablespoon of water in it; add the onions and cook on medium heat until the onions soften and begin to turn brown.

Now add seasoning: pepper, curry powder, chilli powder, garlic, ginger, a sprinkle of any other herbs herbs you like and continue to fry, turning constantly for about a minute until all the seasoning is evenly coating the onions.

Add the Quorn and about 100ml water. Stir the mixture; COVER and cook for about 10 minutes on a medium/low heat.

Serve and enjoy.
