Cut turkey bacon into small pieces and place in non-stick fry pan on medium heat.
While the bacon is heating slice the sprouts lengthwise through the stem. (This keeps the slices from falling apart).
Add to the bacon in pan.
Stir regularly and when the sprouts start to brown a bit, add 2-3 Tablespoons water as needed and cover to cook till they are cooked to your liking (I like the sprouts fairly brown - gives a lovely flavour).
