Cook bacon (you can use low fat turkey or chicken bacon - less than 5% fat).
Stir through cream cheese.
Spoon into 2 ramekins, crack an egg into each and season. Place into a baking dish and pour in boiling water to come half way up the sides of the ramekins. Cover with foil.
Bake in a moderate oven 180 degrees c for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another five minutes until egg is just set.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
