Ingredients

 Basil leaves
 Carrotssmall slivers
 Fat Free Parmesan Cheesegrated
 Garlic salt
 Halibut1 fillet
 Lemon juice
 OnionsSlices
 Salt & Pepper
 Thyme

Instructions

All amounts for herbs are variable and are based on your preference and taste.

Line a metal pan with a layer of foil and spray with PAM cooking spray and add the halibut fillet.

Drizzle lemon juice over halibut and add thyme, garlic salt, salt/pepper and basil.

Top halibut with onion slices followed by slivers of carrots or other veggie of choice.

Add some grated FF Parmesan - this is optional, and if you can't get a FF version you might wait with the cheese till consolidation.

Seal up foil tightly and bake in oven at 400F for 20-25min.

Remove top foil and broil for another 2-3 min.

Can be served with other veggies.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
