Ingredients

 1 chopped onion
 Diet ketchup (sugar free)2 tbsp
 MushroomsSmall tub
 Quorn mince500g
 SweetenerTo taste
 tinned tomatoes2 tins
 Tomato puree2 tbsp

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients

Fry mushrooms and onions together until softened.

Add tinned tomatoes to the mushrooms and onions and stir.

Add tomato puree, tomato sauce and sweetner to taste (if you want a bitter sauce add more tomato puree and less sweetner, if you want a sweeter sauce add more sweetner).

Add quorn mince to the sauce and stir together so all of the mince is coated in the sauce. Simmer for around 25-30 minutes.
