 Cornflour3 table spoons
 Garlic cloves2
 Onions1, medium
 Spices & Herbsto taste
 Yogurt (fat free)4 table spoons



Bake or cook chicken (no difference) and once done remove all skin and fat.


Grind the meat with garlic and onion into a pulp.


Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the whites until a stiff foam forms.


Mix the yolk with the spices, add corn flour, followed by yoghurt and finally the meat mass.


Delicately mix-in the whites into the meat mixture.


Put everything into a baking mould and put into the oven for an hour on medium heat.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
