Chimichurri Sauce

Marinate or serve drizzled over BBQ’ed steak. It’s also delicious with chicken or fish!

 CorianderApprox 3/4 of a cup chopped
 Garlic4 cloves, crushed
 Lemon juice3 Tbsp (or Lime juice if you prefer)
 Olive Oil2 Tbsp
 Onions2 Tbsp, finely diced (optional)
 Oregano3 Tbsp, chopped
 Parsley3 Tbsp, chopped
 Salt & Pepper
 white wine vinegar2/3 of a cup



Add the garlic and onion (if using) to a food processor and blend till finely chopped.


Add the coriander, oregano and parsley and continue to process until the herbs are finely chopped.


Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the oil, vinegar and juice.


Stir and season with the salt and pepper.


Due to the oil daily limitation split into 6 servings before Consolidation.
