Ingredients

 Bell peppers2-3
 Chicken breasts2-3
 Chinese Spicesto taste
 Mushrooms3-5, medium
 Onions2-3, medium
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Cut the chicken into chunky pieces and cover with spices.

Slice the bell peppers (pick different colours) into narrow pieces.

Cut the onions into quarters.

Chop the mushrooms into small chunks.

5

Heat up a wok with a few drops of oil (or use oil spray) and when ready add the chicken.

Stir the meat and add all the vegetables.
