Combine oat bran and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and sugar substitute and whip.
Add oat bran mixture to cream cheese mixture and press together with a fork to combine them and form a ball.
Pat down in your hands and place on a microwavable plate being sure not to press it onto plate. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
