Ingredients

 Coconut flavoring1/2 - 1 tsp
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1 cup
 Splenda4-6
 Suger free Hershey chocolate syrupdrizzled on top

Instructions

Mix the Splenda and Coconut flavoring into the yogurt.

Drizzle the Hershey sugar free chocolate syrup on top.I You might like to mix the syrup in. Use it sparingly as it does have a few carbs.

You can use other flavorings (lemon,lime, almond, vanilla,peppermint etc) as long as they have no sugar.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
