Ingredients

 Cottage Cheese (fat free)2 tablespoons
 Eggs2
 Mustard2 teaspoons (Dijon or Yellow)
 PaprikaSprinkle on top to taste
 Salt & PepperTo taste

Instructions

Place the eggs in a saucepan and bring to a boil

Once at a boil turn off heat and cover with lid for 15-20 minutes

Peel eggs and slice them lengthwise, scoop out egg yolks and place in a bowl

In the bowl with the egg yolks add the mustard and the cottage cheese, mash them together. Salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika (optional)

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
