Cut peppers in half, deseed and remove pith.
Blanch peppers for 3-4 mins in boiled water, remove with tongs and allow to dry.
Mix crab & cream cheese & a good shake of tabasco.
Fill peppers with mix.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Roast in oven for 30 mins.
Very good with roast salmon or on its own for light lunch.
