Ingredients

 Chicken breasts500g, strips
 Garlic (minced) 10-12 cloves
 Ground Pepper1/2 tsp
 Oat bran1 tbsp
 Saltto taste
 Skimmed milk3 tbsp
 Soy sauce (low sodium)3 tbsp
 Sweetener1 sachet
 Yogurt (fat free)1

Instructions

Wash chicken strips to dry. In a large container, put the strips; add 2 pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp ground pepper.

Add 1 sachet of sweetener, 3 tbsp skim milk. Mix well.

Add half of Nestle Creamy Yogurt (or any other low fat yogurt), mix. Put the minced garlic and soy sauce, mix well. Add 1 tablespoonful oat bran.

Mix and stir for 2-3 minutes. Stand the marinade for 10 minutes.

2 ways of cooking: Stir Frying and Stewing
--Stir Frying
In a nonstick pan, put the strips and fry until medium cooked.
--Stewing and Frying
Put the marinade in a nonstick pan in a low to medium fire. Cover. Let it boil until no water comes out of the chicken strips then fry it until creamy sauce comes out.

Yogurt Sauce
Put some (3 tbsp marinade broth) to the remaining 1/2 Nestle Creamy Yogurt and put a pinch of salt in it.

Put the yogurt sauce on top of the chicken. Serve hot.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
