Ingredients

 Cabbage1kg, finely shredded or chopped
 Eggs3, beaten
 Greek yogurt (fat free)500ml, strained
 Lean minced meat1lbs (Beef, Chicken or Turkey)
 Oat bran6 TBS
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Fry the meat, onion, add cabbage and seasoning.

Pour a bit of water (or stock) over it and steam until cabbage is done.

Mix yogurt, oat bran and eggs in another container.

Put the cabbage and meat mixture in a baking dish, pour over the liquid from the other container.

Bake in an oven at 220C till golden brown.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
