Ingredients

 Eggs1
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1 tablespoon
 Ham (lean)1 tablespoon (bits)
 Salmon1 tablespoon (bits)
 Tuna1 tablespoon (bits)
 Turkey1 tablespoon (bits)

Instructions

Whisk egg and yogurt until mixture is fluffy and throughly mixed

Using a non stick pan-(or spray with PAM) pour mixture into pan and allow to set a bit.

Sprinkle bits of the meat you selected on top

At this point you can break up eggs to resemble scrambled eggs

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
