 basa fish4 filets
 Canned Tomatoes1/2 can
 fish broth low sodium1 cube
 Scallopssmall bag
 Shrimp1 small bag



Stir fry onion and garlic with a little fish broth.


Add the all the ingredients once the onions are clear. Add basa fish, shrimp and scallops.


Cover and let cook over medium heat, there will be a lot of water coming out of the fish, shrimp and scallops if you used forzen. Dont worry, uncover for the last 10 minutes and most of the water will evaporate.


The left over is a great broth. Add parsley or chives for colour and taste and VOILA!
