"Fruit" mousse

Ingredients

 Creme Fraiche Low Fat 290 g
 Gelatine1 packet (12g), fruit flavoured

Instructions

Take a packet of sugar free gelatin - make sure the fruit flavoured one is also fructose free.

Boil 250 ml of water and dissolve the gelatin. Stir well.

Add the cream.

Leave in the fridge until gets solid.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
