 Chicken breasts2
 Greek yogurt (fat free)4 t
 Skimmed milk2 Tbsp
 thai green curry paste1 Tbsp



Dice the chicken and mix well with the green curry paste, messaging to make sure it gets mixed in well.


Spray a pan with cooking spray or lightly oil and wipe with a kitchen towel.


Cook the chicken on both sides on high for a few minutes until it turns nicely brown.


Lower the heat and cook, covered, for another five minutes.


Before serving, add the milk to to chicken and mix. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.


Best with natural yogurt or fat-free Greek yoghurt, since it can be quite spicy!


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
