Ingredients

 Gelatine1 envelope
 green food coloring1 drop
 green tea bag1 tea bag
 Skimmed milk2 cups
 Sweetener3 pkgs
 Vanilla extract1 tbsp
 Water1 cup

Instructions

Heat 1 cup of water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Steep tea bag in the hot water.

Empty an envelope of gelatine into 1 cup of COLD milk. Mix them together. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Keep stirring until gelatine is completely dissolved.

Add another cup of milk, sweetener and vanilla extract into the mixture. Remove tea bag. Add green tea into it.

(Optional) Add green food coloring. Adjust to desired color.

Stir well and pour into containers. Set in the fridge for at least three hours.

*For firmer set, you can reduce the amount of milk.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
