Ingredients

 Grilling spices
 Ham (lean)10 slices
 Scallops10 big ones

Instructions

Dry off the scallops and season them with grilling spices

Cut the ham slices in two (to fit the height of the scallops) and remove any remaining fat

* I used Ardennes ham for it's smokey taste, but you can use any low fat variant

Wrap each scallop in ham and insert a small wooden pick to keep it in place

Grill for about 3 minutes on each side

Serve immediately
