Ingredients

 Eggs2
 Ham (lean)2-3 lean slices
 Mushrooms2, medium size

Instructions

Chop the mushrooms into small chunks.

Cut the ham slices into small squares.

Heat up the pan and once hot throw in the the ham and mushrooms. Let it fry for a little while. If needed use the oil spray once or twice.

When ready throw in the eggs. You can let them fry or scramble depending on preference.
