 Ham (lean)4 pices choped
 Mushrooms3 choped
 Red Onions1/2 Cup
 SaltTo Tast
 Soy sauce (low sodium)1 tablespoon
 Zucchini1/2 cup

Spray the pan with any spray you have and wipe it off

Cook on mid heat or until the veggies and the egg whites are cooked
