Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and put na pot with 3/4 of a cup of water.
Add Vegeta (or salt), pepper and cook until the veg is soft.
Take the pot off the heat. Mix the cauliflower, add one egg, mix again and return to the stove to cook for a bit.
Add the second egg and mix again.
Add the horseradish (vary the amount depending on how spice you want the sauce).
Mix well and use hot over the dish you want to use it for.
You can pour leftover into a jar and once it cools down use cold with meals.
