 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Cornflour1 Tablespoon
 Options Drinking Chocolate1 Sachet
 Skimmed milk2 Tablespoons
 Skimmed milk powder6 Tablespoons
 Sweetener2 Tablespoons



Mix dried milk, corn flour, baking powder and sweetener in a microwave-safe container.


Add up to one sachet of Options hot chocolate drink powder. (Coconut, white or Belgian choc work very well.)


Add just enough milk to make a sticky-dough mixture.


Microwave on high for 75 seconds. Keep an eye on the pudding, in case it is overcooked.


Serve and enjoy!


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
