 Garlic1 tea spoon
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)3 table spoons (0%)
 Prawnsfew handfuls, peeled



Using a non stick pan (or a pan with a few drops of oil, then wiped with paper towel) over medium heat on the stove.


Cook your prawns and garlic until the prawns are nice and pink.


Take off the heat and add the yoghurt, mix until nicely coated in yoghurt.


Serve with a bit of chopped parsley (if not in Attack phase).


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
