Ingredients

 Creme Fraiche Low Fat 1 tblsp
 Egg whites1
 Egg yolks1
 Lemon juice1 tblsp
 Lemon zest
 Sweetener1 tblsp

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

Whisk together egg yolk, creme fraiche and lemon

Whisk egg white to stiff peaks then gradually whisk in sweetener

Carefully fold egg white into egg yolk mixture

Use spray oil to grease inside 2 ramekins and fill with mixture

Place on baking tray and cook for 10 - 15 minutes

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
