Preheat the oven to 200C
Combine the oatbran, milk and ginger powder along with 4 tbsp of sweetener in a microwaveable pot and heat for a minute.
Stir oatbran mixture and spread around the bottom of your chosen cake tin.
Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
When done remove and allow to cool.
Meanwhile mix the jelly sachet with half a pint of hot water and set aside to cool. (The ingredient is "lemon & lime" flavour jelly crystals, but you can use a simple lemon flavour too)
Combine the remaining ingredients.
When jelly is cool but not cold combine with the quark and lemon mixture.
Pour over the cooled base and place in fridge until set (around 4 hours).
Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
