Brown low fat ground beef and drain fat.
Mix taco seasoning according to instructions on packet (I use Old El Paso - no sugar in it).
Add taco seasoning to beef and simmer 10 minutes.
Wash and pull apart lettuce leaves. I use romaine lettuce pre-washed in a bag.
Scoop desired amount of beef into lettuce leaf and roll/fold. Eat like a taco!
Sprinkle fat free parmesan cheese on top if desired.
