 Chicken breasts1
 chilli seasoning1 tablespoon
 Dijon mustard1/2 tablespoon
 Egg yolks1
 skim ricotta1 tablespoon
 Turkey ham2 slices
 Turkey mince1/2 pound
 Yogurt (fat free)1 tablespoon



Blend yoghurt, egg yolk and ricotta cheese (low fat).


Add chili seasoning to ground turkey and brown.


Pan fry turkey ham.


Combine all of the ingredients including a left over chicken breast from the night before and tear turkey ham into chunks.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
