Boil the milk, add sweetener and separate into two portions.
Add vanilla aroma to both and coffee to one of them.
Pour 150ml of boiling water over the gelatine and stir well.
Add half the gelatine to one of the milk portions and the over half to the second one.
You can leave as they are, pour into old youghurt pots or into ice cube makers (preferably silicone ones, as it's hard to push them out of the plastic)
Leave for two hours in the fridge, to set.
