 fat free sugar free hot chocolate mix1 packet
 Ice1 cup
 Instant Coffee1 packet
 Skimmed milk1 cup



Blend milk, instant coffee, and cocoa mix till blended.


Add ice and blend till smooth and frothy.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
