Ingredients

 Cottage Cheese (fat free)a few table spoons
 Dukan Pancake1
 Salmon Roe1 tea spoon
 Smoked Salmon1-2 slices

Instructions

Prepare and cook the Dukan pancake in the usual manner.

Lay it on a serving plate.

Spread with cottage cheese and your salmon slices.

Top with a tsp of Salmon Roe & serve.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
